MyOva is a high-growth, founder-led consumer health brand focused on women's hormonal health. We support women through important and often misunderstood chapters of their lives, including PCOS, cycle health, fertility, and perimenopause. Our mission is to provide evidence-based tools and information to help women feel informed, in control, and heard.

The Opportunity

This role sits at the intersection of data, growth, and brand, focusing on building thoughtfully and with intention. You will work alongside the founders and executive team, contributing directly to our scaling efforts across channels, platforms, and markets.

What You’ll Own

  • Performance & Data (Core)
    • Own performance tracking across all channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, email, website, marketplaces).
    • Build and maintain a clear view of CAC, ROAS, LTV, and conversion rates.
    • Collect, structure, and interpret data to inform decision-making.
    • Work closely with founders on weekly KPI reviews and growth priorities.
  • Paid & Organic Growth
    • Manage and optimise Meta, TikTok, and Google campaigns.
    • Support Instagram, TikTok, and content execution with a performance mindset.
    • Identify and test new acquisition channels.
  • Marketplaces (Amazon & beyond)
    • Support growth on Amazon and other marketplace channels.
    • Monitor listings, performance, and conversion rates.
    • Identify opportunities to improve visibility and sales.
  • Retention & Lifecycle
    • Support email marketing (Klaviyo), including flows, campaigns, and segmentation.
    • Contribute to improving repeat purchase and lifetime value.
  • Retail, Partnerships & Tradeshow Support
    • Support retail growth initiatives, including new retailer launches and ongoing promotional activity.
    • Prepare retailer-specific decks, sell-in materials, and marketing assets.
    • Coordinate POS materials and develop supporting assets for retail campaigns.
    • Support trade shows and events with relevant materials and coordination.
  • Strategy & Execution
    • Translate data into clear, actionable insights.
    • Build structured testing plans across creatives, audiences, and channels.
    • Work closely with leadership on priorities, trade-offs, and growth levers.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Commercially aware, with a clear understanding of what drives revenue and efficiency.

You likely have:

  • 2–5 years’ experience in digital marketing or growth (DTC, health, or startup preferred).
  • Experience across Meta, Instagram, TikTok, email marketing, and analytics.
  • Exposure to Amazon or marketplace environments.
  • Confidence working with KPIs, reporting, and performance tracking.
