We are seeking an experienced Finance Director to take ownership of MyOutreach's financial strategy, planning, and operations. You will work closely with our Accounts Admin and leadership team to enhance financial processes, manage cash flow, and support long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives. Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. Provide cash flow management and financial insights to senior leadership.
  • Financial Operations Management: Oversee AP, AR, credit control, payroll, bookkeeping, and day-to-day accounting. Streamline financial processes across our three entities, considering regional differences. Monitor compliance with local and international accounting regulations. Ultimately oversee and own the P&L.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Produce and review balance sheets, P&Ls, and financial reports. Present clear, data-driven insights to inform business decisions. Support the Accounts Admin by taking ownership of complex financial reporting tasks.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Mentor and support the Accounts Admin, fostering a collaborative finance department. Act as a point of expertise for financial queries and challenges.

About You

  • Experience: Proven track record as a Finance Director or financial adviser, ideally in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.
  • Qualifications: ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
  • Skills: Strong financial planning, cash flow management, and reporting abilities. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Proficient in accounting software and financial analysis tools.
  • Attributes: Proactive, organised, and strategic thinker. Comfortable managing international financial operations. Team-oriented, with the ability to mentor and support junior finance staff.
