We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. This position will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our products before they are released to the market. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and a strong background in testing and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze product specifications to develop and execute comprehensive test plans
- Conduct both manual and automated testing to identify bugs, defects and performance issues
- Collaborate with the development team to isolate and report issues found during testing
- Develop and maintain test cases and test scenarios based on product requirements
- Participate in product design reviews to provide feedback and suggest improvements from a testing perspective
- Utilize testing tools and methodologies to ensure the reliability and accuracy of our products
- Document and communicate test results to the relevant stakeholders
- Continuously research and stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and testing methods to suggest improvements to our testing process
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in software testing
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience with both manual and automated testing
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
- Good understanding of database systems and SQL
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong communication and documentation skills
