About the Role:
As the Project Manager for CTRx (Clinical Trial Pharmacy Solutions) you will provide a superior client experience, clinical site experience, exceptional timeline management and execution per the terms of our client agreements. Stakeholder management is crucial in this role as at the core, it is a service management position. The Project Manager will engage with pharma partners, sponsored clients, clinical trial sites – including directly with the clinical research team – as well as internal teams and senior directors. Another key aspect of this role is creating documents and processes for the projects, as well as developing and delivering training for pharma partners and clinical trial sites.
About the Candidate:
- Clinical Trials experience
- Project work (whether you’re a Project Manager or a Project Coordinator ready for the next step)
- Strong customer service experience and ability
- Organisation skills and the ability to work independently managing projects
- Clinical Trials site experience
- Pharmacy experience
