Content Creator & Videographer

We're looking for a videographer who wants to document the journey of building one of the UK's fastest-growing wellness brands.

At MyoMaster, we're redefining recovery for modern life.

What started around our kitchen table has grown into one of the UK's fastest-growing wellness brands. Ranked as the 18th fastest-growing company in the UK, we've built a multi-million-pound business helping thousands of people optimise their health through products like ice baths, saunas and compression boots.

Following our viral appearance on Dragon's Den, we've continued to scale rapidly, creating recovery spaces for organisations including Wimbledon and the British & Irish Lions. We're still a small team, which means every person who joins us has the opportunity to make a real impact as we build what's next.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

You'll be the person behind the camera helping document the next chapter of MyoMaster. Working closely with founders Lottie and Joe, you'll capture the reality of building one of the UK's fastest-growing wellness brands and turn it into content that people genuinely want to watch.

This isn't a traditional videography role where you'll simply be given a shot list. You'll have the opportunity to shape our content strategy, spot stories as they happen, and build the behind-the-scenes channels that bring our journey to life.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Documenting the journey – Capture the day-to-day reality of building MyoMaster, from strategy meetings and product launches to events, factory visits and life behind the scenes.
• Finding great stories – Work closely with the founders to identify moments worth capturing and turn them into compelling content that resonates with our audience.
• Planning and filming content – Help organise and shoot both planned and reactive content across the business, always looking for opportunities to create something people will stop scrolling for.
• Editing for impact – Transform footage into engaging short-form content across Instagram, while helping us build our long-form YouTube presence.
• Owning the creative process – Bring fresh ideas, experiment with new formats and help evolve how MyoMaster shows up across every platform.
• Working across exciting projects – Film everywhere from our London office to elite sporting events, photoshoots, factory visits and collaborations with athletes, creators and ambassadors.

INTERVIEW PROCESS

Our aim is to keep the interview process as enjoyable and straightforward as possible, it will consist of the following stages:

• Interview Round 1: Introductory chat with Lottie (CEO) - 30 min video call
• Take Home Task: Using b-roll and previously shot footage create a short video
• Final Round: Present back the task to Lottie, Alex (Content) and Ed (Head of Growth) - 1h presentation in person at MyoMaster office

THE SALARY

• £35k base
• Performance bonus tied to company and individual objectives (e.g. up to 10% of annual salary)
• Annual salary review after 6–12 months
• Clear progression into Head of Organic Content as the team grows
