Job Title: Business Systems Analyst / Technical Business Analyst / Systems Analyst

Location: Hybrid – 2 days per week in Northamptonshire, Daventry, 3 days remote

Salary: £40,000 – £55,000 depending on experience + bonus + excellent benefits

About the Role:

One of our leading clients is looking to recruit a Business Systems Analyst / Technical Business Analyst / Systems Analyst.

Experience Required:

• 3+ years of experience in any of the following roles: Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Technical Architecture
• Strong technical skills; role will involve systems design, software design, database design, and testing
• Proficiency in SQL or Oracle
• Experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Front End, and Back End development
• Requirements gathering, creating/designing functional specifications, and conducting workshops
