One of our leading clients is looking to recruit a PMO Portfolio Resource / Planning Manager.

Location: Warwickshire / Remote (with 1 day per week in Warwickshire)

Permanent role

Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 + 25% bonus + excellent benefits

Role:

  • Leading capacity planning across the business, enabling delivery teams to operate effectively and efficiently.
  • Forecasting, managing, and optimising resources to support transformational change.
  • Shaping and optimising resource capacity across an Enterprise Change Portfolio.
  • Forecasting and validating resource requirements, managing demand plans and supporting financial alignment.
  • Developing and embedding a robust, data-led resource management framework that drives consistency, scalability and strong governance across the enterprise.
  • Identifying and mitigating resource risks and pinch points.

Experience:

  • Experience developing forecasting models and enabling data-led decisions.
  • Effective project management experience, including budget control.
  • Experience in a PMO or Portfolio Resource planning focused role.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
  • Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving capability.
  • Demonstrable leadership across cross-functional teams.
