Strategic Workforce Planning Specialist / Strategic Resource Planning / Head of / Manager / SWP / HR / Human Resources / Organisational Design / OD / Talent Management / Competency / Frameworks / Recruitment / Performance / Skills Mapping / Resourcing / Resource Management / Sector - Financial Services / Remote / Warwickshire - £500 – 800 per day Inside IR35.
One of our leading clients is looking to recruit a Strategic Workforce Planning / Resource Planning Specialist / Manager / Head of.
Location – Hybrid – Warwickshire / Remote – approx. 1 day per week in the office – flexible
Duration – 6 months +
Day Rate – Approx £500 – 800 per day depending on experience
You will be responsible for and executing the enterprise-wide skills strategy to ensure my client has the capabilities required to deliver its long-term strategic goals. This role leads the development of a future-focused skills framework, oversees skills assessments, and partners with HR, business leaders, and learning teams to close critical skills gaps across the workforce through effective workforce planning.
Experience:
- Leading implementions of Strategic Workforce Planning / SWP / Strategic Resource Planning – both BAU and Project
- Enterprise wide experience – across all departments
- Skills based Talent Management – approaches / creation and rollout of competency frameworks and skills taxonomies.
- Mapping current and future skills needs, identifying gaps, and developing targeted interventions (e.g., upskilling, reskilling, recruitment).
- Advanced skills in workforce analytics, scenario modelling, and using data to inform talent decisions.
- Financial Services sector experience – Insurance / Bank / Banking or Life & Pensions
