One of our leading clients is looking to recruit a Senior Software Delivery Lead / Manager.
Location – Hybrid Warwickshire / Remote (approx. 1 day per week in the office, 4 days remote).
6-month initial contract, £700 – 1,000 per day Inside IR35.
Experience:
· Leadership of software development / software engineering teams
· Leading and coaching of development teams
· Worked on large organisational transformation / transition / service product models / organisational model design
· Pipeline automation
· Leading PI Planning and backlog management across multiple development teams (Programme Increment Planning)
· Delivery leadership across onshore / offshore models
Sector – flexible on industry sector. Any exposure to a regulated industry would be beneficial such as Financial Services, Insurance, Banking, Pharmaceuticals, Utilities, Energy etc although not essential.
