Leadership of multiple software development / software engineering teams ·
Embedding change / able to drive a change agenda / ways of working ·
Leading and coaching development teams ·
Transitioning teams from service to more product led focus - transformation / transition / service product models / organisational model design ·
Leading Agile / SAFe PI Planning (Programme Increment Planning) and backlog management ·
Pipeline Automation ·
DevSec Ops, CI/CD and automation and platform engineering Desirable - Any exposure to a regulated industry would be beneficial such as Financial Services, Insurance, Banking, Pharmaceuticals, Utilities, Energy etc although not essential.
