One of our leading clients is looking to recruit a PMO Resource Manager.

Location – Hybrid – Warwickshire / Remote (approx. 1 day per week in Warwickshire)

6 month contract

Day Rate – £500 – 650 per day Inside IR35

Experience:

  • Strong experience of managing a resource management process in a large, complex, technical IT programme
  • Experience of analysis and providing actionable insight around resourcing
  • Effective engagement and influencing of stakeholders and in particular team leads and resource owners
  • Evidence of establishing resource management processes, or implementing improvements to them – and successfully landing the changes with the individuals who need to engage with and operate those processes
  • Strong MS Excel skills to support the data analysis and insight
  • Must have experience in a PMO / Programme Resource Management role such as PMO Resource Manager / PMO Resource Lead / Programme Resource Manager / Project Resource Manager / Resource Planning / Resource Planning Manager / Demand & Resource Manager
