Leadership of software development / software engineering teams
Leading and coaching of development teams
Worked on large organisational transformation / transition / service product models / organisational model design
Pipeline automation
Leading PI Planning and backlog management across multiple development teams (Programme Increment Planning)
Delivery leadership across onshore / offshore models Sector
flexible on industry sector. Any exposure to a regulated industry would be beneficial such as Financial Services, Insurance, Banking, Pharmaceuticals, Utilities, Energy etc although not essential.
