Stratford-upon-Avon (Hybrid) 9-Month Contract £150 - £175 per day (Inside IR35)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Payroll Officerto join one of our leading clients on a9-month contract.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy payroll team supporting the accurate and timely delivery of payroll services.

The role is predominantly remote, withone day per weekrequired in the Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshireoffice.

Key Responsibilities Process end-to-end payroll accurately and within agreed deadlines.

Input and maintain payroll records, including new starters, leavers and contractual changes.

Manually calculate statutory payments including SSP, SMP, SPP, SAP, as well as PAYE, National Insurance and holiday pay.

Administer employee benefits, salary sacrifice schemes and third-party payments.

Ensure payroll complies with current HMRC legislation and tax coding requirements.

Support payroll reconciliations, including year-end processes and statutory reporting.

Provide a high level of customer service when responding to payroll-related queries.

Skills & Experience To be successful in this role you will have: Previous payroll processing experience within a busy payroll environment.

Experience using payroll systems such as Resourcelink, SAP, or similar payroll software.

Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, including tax codes, PAYE and statutory payments.

Experience administering employee benefits, salary sacrifice arrangements and third-party deductions.

Experience supporting payroll reconciliations and year-end payroll activities.

Excellent numerical accuracy and data entry skills with strong attention to detail.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
