One of our leading clients is looking to recruit a HR / Organisational Design / Workforce Planning / Skills Competency Framework Specialist.
Location – Hybrid – Remote / Warwickshire (approx. 1-2 days per month in the office)
Duration – 6 months +
Day Rate – £500 – 800 per day Inside IR35
You will be responsible for and executing the enterprise-wide skills strategy to ensure my client has the capabilities required to deliver its long-term strategic goals. This role leads the development of a future-focused skills framework, oversees skills assessments, and partners with HR, business leaders, and learning teams to close critical skills gaps across the workforce through effective workforce planning.
Skills required:
- HR or learning & organisational development background
- Strategic Workforce Planning, skills frameworks and taxonomies. competency and performance management systems and data analysis
- Organisational design
- Experience of designing / implementing skills / people / competency / performance frameworks
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Talent, Leadership, and L&D, to support training initiatives.
- Experience of interpreting workforce analytics to make data informed decisions, and engage and influence stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to the continuous evaluation of strategies and a willingness to adapt to organisational changes.
- Financial Services sector experience – Insurance, Bank, Banking, Life & Pensions etc
