One of our leading clients is looking to recruit a Digital Lead within Engineering.
Location – Hybrid Warwickshire / Remote
Duration – 6 months
Role: To lead drawing governance and assurance activities ensuring compliance with standards and driving continuous improvement. This role plays a strategic part in supporting the Digital Construction & Investment (DC&I) programme, improving ways of working for drawings teams and end users, and enabling digitisation of approval workflows and processes in collaboration with BIM and digital engineering teams.
Additionally, you will play a significant role in testing and building new digital workflows, actively contributing ideas to modernise and automate legacy, manual processes. The role is expected to champion the transition of outdated practices into efficient, fresh solutions, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Experience:
- Strong Digital experience – implementing new ways of working / systems / processes / moving from manual to digital
- Engineering, Construction or Utilities (Gas / Water / electricity / Nuclear etc) industry experience
- Information Management
- Process improvement
Any exposure to the following would be beneficial but not essential:
- Autodesk Construction Cloud ACC
- Drawings experience / background
