One of our leading clients is looking to recruit an IT Solutions Architecture Manager / Team Lead.
Location – Hybrid – Remote 80% / Warwickshire 20%
Salary – £80,000 - 150,000 package depending on experience
Experience
- Regulated sector experience – financial services or utilities
- Proven experience designing end-to-end solutions across multiple technology domains (applications, integration, data, infrastructure, security)
- Team management – role will be managing and mentoring an approx. team of 10 Solution Architects
- A change enabler / agent with experience transitioning to a product / domain lead environment
Desirables
- TOGAF (Foundation or Practitioner) or equivalent architecture framework experience
- Experience of Agile architecture approaches (e.g. SAFe or equivalent)
