Our client is looking for an experienced IT Resourcer / Recruiter to join their internal recruitment team for an initial 3-month period, supporting a busy period of growth across Software Development and Engineering.
The role is primarily remote, with 1 day per week in Solihull, so candidates must be Midlands-based.
Key requirements:
- Previous recruitment agency experience
- IT sourcing / resourcing experience
- Experience recruiting Software Development / Engineering roles preferred
- Confident screening, qualifying and interviewing candidates
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Available for an immediate start
