One of our leading clients is looking to recruit a Desktop Support Engineer / 2nd Line Support Analyst.
Location – Hybrid, 5 days per week with 2 days onsite in Daventry
(Candidates must live within 1 hour or Daventry)
Salary £32,000 – 38,000 + excellent benefits + bonus
Experience:
- IT related degree ideally Computer Science
- Approx. 3-5 years’ experience combining 1st line and 2nd line desktop support
- Installation, operation and configuration, maintenance of hardware and software
- Environment – Microsoft, Exchange, Active Directory, M365, Windows
Desirable:
- Any exposure to networking, networks, virtualisation, servers or security would be beneficial although not essential.
