We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Leicester. This is a 4 days in the office / 1 day from home role, working closely with our Lead Project Manager, and PM & creative teams.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Owning day-to-day delivery across key client accounts.
  • Keeping clients proactively updated (not waiting to be chased).
  • Briefing work clearly into the studio and aligning internal teams.
  • Managing timelines, budgets, and priorities across multiple projects.
  • Spotting risks early and resolving issues before they escalate.
  • Being involved in managing and supporting a range of diverse projects – i.e. photoshoots, video shoots, creative campaigns, digital experiences and physical retail concepts & implementation.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong experience in managing creative or campaign-led projects within an agency (5 years minimum).
  • Clear, confident communicator – both with clients and internal teams.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commercial awareness – understands budgets, scope, and how to manage both.
  • Proactive mindset – someone who takes ownership rather than waits for direction and regularly keeps clients up-to-date.
  • Ability to manage and push back on scope creep where needed.
  • Not afraid to chase clients for key brief information in order to keep projects running smoothly and on-track.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Ability to use InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite will give you an advantage.
  • Experience in using project management tools such as Trello and Synergist.
