We're now entering an exciting new phase of our journey, with a clear ambition to grow beyond £6m in predominantly fee-based revenue by 2029. To help make that happen, we're looking for an exceptional Commercial Director / Head of Growth to join our leadership team.
This is far more than a traditional sales role.
Working directly with our Founder & CEO and Managing Director, you'll help shape our commercial strategy, build high-value client relationships, win significant new business, and create the scalable growth engine that will drive the agency's future success.
We're looking for someone who can:
- Develop and execute a clear growth strategy
- Build and convert a high-quality pipeline of opportunities
- Engage and influence senior decision-makers
- Lead major pitches, proposals and negotiations
- Grow existing relationships into long-term partnerships
- Increase recurring and retained revenue streams
- Help shape the future commercial structure of the agency
Who you are:
- You will likely be an experienced Commercial Director, Growth Director, Business Development Director, Client Services Director or agency leader with a proven track record of winning and growing high-value client relationships.
- You'll be commercially ambitious but collaborative, strategic but hands-on, and motivated by building long-term client value rather than simply chasing sales targets.
