Your Role in Our Transformation as Assistant Chief Executive:
- Deliver Transformation: You will lead the Corporate Programme Management function, ensuring effective support, oversight and delivery of the Council's ambitious transformation agenda.
- Shape Policy: You will lead the way in crafting strategies that are evidence-based, aligned with best practices, and embedded into our Strategic Council Plan and other key business plans. Your insights will help steer Nottingham towards sustainable success.
- Boost Performance: You’ll lead the charge in delivering on our promises, overseeing the Performance Management Framework and ensuring a culture of continuous improvement. With your leadership, we’ll track, benchmark, and enhance our performance, driving better outcomes for Nottingham’s citizens.
- Amplify Communications: You’ll play a critical role in engaging effectively with the people of Nottingham, ensuring that citizens’ voices shape our decisions. You’ll help us communicate our actions transparently and proactively, fostering trust and collaboration with residents and stakeholders.
