We’re looking for an exceptional Executive Sales & Marketing Assistant to work directly with the Director and Sales Manager, ensuring they operate at peak efficiency and focus on what matters most — growing the business.

This isn’t just an admin role. You’ll be the organiser, problem-solver, and gatekeeper — anticipating needs, pre-empting issues, and keeping sales and marketing initiatives on track. By taking ownership of admin tasks, event coordination, and client communications, you’ll create the space for the leadership team to focus on strategy, relationships, and results.

What you’ll do:

  • Keep schedules, deadlines, and priorities under control.
  • Anticipate needs and prepare information before it’s asked for.
  • Manage CRM, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Coordinate events, marketing campaigns, and follow-ups.
  • Keep social media content flowing and on-brand.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and sales collateral.
