Hours: 32.5 hours per week, Term Time only

8.30am - 3.30pm

About the Wizards Provision

The Wizards is HCAT’s specialist SEMH provision supporting children who need a bespoke, nurturing pathway to help them develop emotional understanding, social skills and positive learning behaviours. The team works closely with home schools and uses restorative approaches to help pupils feel safe, regulated and ready to learn.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Achievement Support Assistant to join The Wizards at Dorchester Primary School. The role involves delivering tailored programmes, supporting emotional regulation and working with external agencies to secure strong outcomes for each child.

We are looking for someone who:

• ASA experience with SEMH/ASD pupils
• Communicates effectively with staff, families and agencies
• Shows empathy and understands the challenges children may face
• Uses restorative practice confidently
