The role will focus on three key areas:
Accelerating progress for pupils whose learning has stalled, through personalised intervention and bespoke teaching approaches.
Providing challenge and enrichment for pupils whodemonstrateacademic aptitude, enabling them to extend their skills and achieve their potential.
Re-engaging learners who may be reluctant, anxious, or disengaged from education, using creative, motivating, and relationship-centred approaches.
Working closely with teachers, pastoral staff, and senior leaders, the Learning Mentor will help remove barriers to learning while promoting independence, resilience, and positive outcomes.
