Senior Achievement Support Assistant (SEN Provision)

Join Our SEND Provision Team

We are looking for a caring, skilled and enthusiastic person to lead the day‑to‑day running of our SEND provision base. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference for pupils with high levels of need, including autistic pupils and children with sensory and communication needs.

You will create a safe, welcoming and engaging environment where pupils can learn, communicate and thrive. Working closely with our SENDCo, you will organise daily provision, guide colleagues, and build strong relationships with parents and outside agency professionals to ensure each pupil receives the support they need.

We are looking for someone who understands that every child is different, communicates well with others and can respond calmly and thoughtfully to pupils’ needs. Experience supporting children with SEND and leading a team or provision is desirable.
