Brunel School is seeking a Deputy Head Teacher to lead in line with the School Teachers’ Pay and Conditions Document and the school’s policy framework. You will take a lead role in shaping aims, standards and curriculum across all pupils and monitor progress toward achievement.
You will proactively manage staff and resources, support safeguarding, and collaborate with the Headteacher and governors to drive school improvement, inclusion and attendance.
