RLT is seeking an Education Worker to support vulnerable or disaffected youth in transition and alternative education programs in Oxfordshire. You will educate young people and help them move toward positive next steps in life, delivering and organising educational programmes with a holistic focus.
You will work flexibly, autonomously, and as part of a supportive team, liaising with families and external agencies to ensure safeguarding is embedded and progress is tracked.
