The Role

We are seeking a Billing and Collections Administrator to provide an accurate and efficient management of the School’s fee billing process, including termly invoice production, parent queries, reporting and debt management.

To be successful in the role, we are requiring a candidate that has strong experience with word/excel and they are confident to communicate to parents via email and telephone.

The role will act as the central point of expertise on behalf of the Bursary, in respect of all School fee invoicing, extras and payment handling, whilst providing excellent customer service at all times.

  • Working weeks: Working a 52 week contract, this role is work part time 20 hours per week, on a job share basis.
  • Hours of work: Monday - Friday 1pm - 5pm or 1:30pm - 5:30pm (the specific hours can be discussed further at the interview stage).
  • Salary: £15,683 actual (£31,366 FTE).

Oundle and Laxton Junior Schools have long been associated with the very best of modern independent education, especially boarding.
