The Inclusion Lead will shape an inclusive culture, support staff, work with families and external agencies, and fulfil the statutory responsibilities of a SENDCO.
As a member of the Leadership Team, you will support the Headteacher in leading behaviour, attendance and pupil premium provision, while meeting the statutory duties of the role.
