Endeavour Learning Trust's Woodlea campus seeks a dedicated Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) with a pastoral focus to support our family support workers and SENDCo. You will help plan and deliver learning experiences, assess pupils, develop resources and foster positive relationships with families to remove barriers to learning.
Initially covering staff absences, you will work with colleagues to deliver targeted interventions and possibly run after-school clubs.
