You will be the key contact for parents and carers, coordinating Early Help and Team Around the Family support, attending meetings, and delivering parent engagement activities to promote positive relationships and pupil welfare.
Safeguarding is central to this role. You will work with health, pastoral and external agencies, maintain records, and support families through transitions and leave.
