Exam Invigilator in Corby

Lodge Park Academy is now recruiting for Invigilators for the upcoming Exam period.

This role will be on a zero hours contract and duties will include :

• Assist Academy staff in supervising examinations in the seating of students
• Distribute examination papers and scripts
• Collect examination papers and scripts in the correct order
• Check examination room arrangements are correct, in order and set out placemats
• Distribution and collection of equipment and materials
• Ensure candidates are seated in the correct order
• Mark attendance registers and sign
• Instruct candidates on examination procedure
• Commence and finish examination on time
• Ensure procedure for candidates who arrive late to the examination are adhered to
• Active supervision of candidates during the examination to always ensure that the examination conditions are in accordance with the examination board regulations. Ensure that candidates are not communicating with each other, nor do they introduce into the examination room any prohibited materials e.g. notes, mobile telephones etc
• Supervision and dismissal of candidates from the examination room at the end of the examinations.
