Site Supervisor (7565) in Brigg

The Vale Academy are looking to appoint a Site Supervisor to join our academy in October 2026, on a full time, permanent basis.

Your new role

As a Site Supervisor, you will provide general maintenance, cleaning, and security services for the Academy, ensuring all checks are appropriately logged on the Trust’s electronic reporting system.

The Vale is a successful and high-achieving 11-18 academy with an excellent reputation and a strong track record of student outcomes, which continue to be above national averages. Our latest outcomes placed the academy first in the local authority for attainment at 5+ in both English and Mathematics at 59%. Overall attainment at 4+ in both English and Mathematics stands at 75%, with an attainment score of 48.2.

Situated in Brigg, North Lincolnshire, The Vale serves a largely rural community. Brigg is a historic market town on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds, and many of our students travel a considerable distance to attend the academy. We provide state-of-the-art facilities and an outstanding learning environment for both students and staff.
