Myndshift Group have been engaged for a specific project to recruit2 X Leading Hand Fittersfor our clients mining project close to the township of Middlemount. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising around 20 different trades personnel at any one time to make sure reliability and availability is kept to a high level across the below fleet.

- Hitachi EH5000, CAT 794, Liebherr T264, Komatsu 830 Electric Trucks
- CAT 785, 789, 793 Mechanical Trucks
- 16M & 24M graders

- Relevant diesel fitter / heavy vehicle trade qualifications
- S123 & G2 Supervisor qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role supervising trades teams
- Proven experience with large heavy mining equipment as listed above
- High levels of initiative and the ability to work well under pressure
- Safety focus with a high attention to detail
- Excellent work planning and scheduling skills
- Current and valid drivers license
- 7/7 DS/NS Roster – 13.0hr shifts
- Annualised fortnightly pay
- Full time permanent positions
