Key Responsibilities
- Court Work & Safeguarding: Provide expert support in cases involving court proceedings and child protection.
- Multi-Agency Collaboration: Work closely with IDVAs, probation officers, adult mental health practitioners, substance misuse workers, and family support workers.
- Family-Centred Planning: Use motivational interviewing and strengths-based approaches to co-create family plans that ensure child safety.
- Reflective Practice: Engage in daily conversations with managers and senior leaders for emotional support and professional guidance.
- Training & Development: Participate in high-quality training packages available to both locum and permanent staff.
- Contribute to Reform: Be part of the Families First reforms, helping shape impactful services for children and families.
