This is a self-employed, commission-only opportunity for Social Care Contractor Recruiters who want more control, more flexibility, and significantly more upside.

- Building and growing your own contract desk within Social Care
- Developing client relationships and winning new contract business
- Managing the recruitment lifecycle from brief to placement
- Focussing on high-value activity (not admin—we’ve taken care of that)
