Myn is currently recruiting for experienced and passionate Social Workers to join high-performing Children’s Services teams within a well-established local authority. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a progressive service focused on relationship-based practice, safeguarding excellence, and achieving the very best outcomes for children, young people and families.
You will work across specialist children’s services teams, managing a varied caseload and delivering high-quality statutory social work interventions:
- Completing assessments and safeguarding interventions
- Managing child protection and care planning processes
- Working directly with children and families to achieve positive change
- Building effective multi-agency partnerships
- Promoting the voice and lived experience of children in all decision-making
- Delivering clear, outcome-focused plans that improve long-term stability
Qualifications required:
- Qualified Social Worker (DipSW, CQSW or equivalent)
- UK statutory children’s social work experience
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding legislation and child protection processes
- A compassionate, resilient and child-centred approach
