Our client is looking for a ServiceNow Specialist who is passionate about streamlining workflows and driving operational excellence. You will join a dynamic team and help the business transform the way they deliver IT and business services.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
- Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations
- Ensure platform stability, performance, and continuous improvement
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers or admins
- Proven experience with ServiceNow development and administration
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting (JavaScript), and APIs
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CAD, CIS) are a plus
