This is a self-employed, commission-only opportunity for Energy & Renewables Contractor Recruiters who want more control, more flexibility, and significantly more upside. We partner with contractor recruiters who are ready to run their own desk, backed by a platform designed to remove admin, accelerate delivery, and maximise earnings.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and growing your own contract desk within Energy & Renewables
- Developing client relationships and winning new contract business
- Managing the recruitment lifecycle from brief to placement
- Focussing on high-value activity (not admin—we’ve taken care of that)
