About The Role
We’re looking for a personable, tech-savvy Partner Success Manager to lead onboarding and training for new recruitment partners joining Myn. This isn’t a recruiter coaching role - your focus will be on enabling partners to fully adopt and use Myn’s platform and suite of tools confidently and effectively.
You’ll deliver high-impact training across system usage, sourcing best practices (especially via LinkedIn), and general platform workflows. You’ll play a key role in helping partners get off to a fast, confident start and continue to get the best out of the platform. This is a remote role, but occasional travel to both London and Milton Keynes is required for training sessions and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver onboarding for new recruitment partners, including live training on how to use the Myn platform
- Train users on sourcing effectively through LinkedIn and other integrated tools
- Create and maintain practical, easy-to-use support materials (guides, video content, FAQs)
- Act as the key contact for partners during onboarding and beyond
- Provide structured ongoing training and support based on partner engagement and usage
- Liaise with internal teams to feedback platform or training improvements
Requirements
- Strong experience in recruitment enablement, onboarding, or customer success
- Expert-level knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools
- Solid understanding of recruitment CRM/ATS systems
- Confident presenting and training both live and via video
- Highly personable, organised, and proactive
- Commercial mindset with a genuine interest in helping recruitment businesses grow
- UK-based, with the ability to travel occasionally to both London and Milton Keynes
