Freelance Recruitment Partner – Are you ready to take your recruitment career to the next level?

Are you an experienced recruiter, can see the shift happening. Have you ever thought about working for yourself and the rewards that come with this, but not sure if you can “go it alone”. If yes then speak to us here at Myn on how we can support you.

The traditional agency model is being left behind — clients want to work with niche, knowledgeable recruiters who truly understand their world.

If you’ve got the experience, the client relationships (at least one you can start with), and you’re ready to earn significantly more than the typical agency cut, Myn gives you everything you need to succeed on your own — without being alone.

You’ll get the tech, support, and services (Linkedin Recruiter, Total Jobs, worker funding etc..) to run your desk like a business — plus a growing community of independent recruiters to collaborate with when you want to.

What is Myn?

Myn is a platform for independent recruiters. We take care of the back-office — funding, compliance, invoicing, payroll — and give you access to cutting-edge recruitment tech so you can focus on what you do best: delivering for your clients and candidates.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years’ recruitment experience
  • Confidence in your ability to win or retain clients
  • At least one client you can work with (or close to it)
  • A commercial mindset and motivation to earn more

What You Get:

  • Up to 90% of your billings
  • No company setup needed — just plug in and go
  • Access to AI-powered tools and a full tech stack
  • Operational support: compliance, contracts, timesheets, invoicing
