Role Overview: Myn seeks a Recruiter Enablement Manager to drive recruitment and activation of up to 500 independent partners within 12 months. This fully remote role, with easy access to South England/London for networking, offers an exceptional opportunity to shape the next evolution of recruitment in a well-funded, high-growth company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead route-to-market strategies, ad responses, attraction campaigns with marketing, and affiliate networks for recruitment-to-recruitment firms.
- Onboard partners embodying “the Myn Way”—autonomy, output-focus, and platform mastery—while collaborating with Sales Director, Marketing Director, CTO, and cross-functional teams as a core partner success driver.
- Craft onboarding processes, LearnWorlds training content and platform training to align with Myn GTM strategy.
- Manage the relationship with LinkedIn and the performance of our partners using the enterprise talent solutions product suite, providing additional training as and when required.
- Drive HubSpot adoption and work with partners and Sales Director to populate business development pipeline.
- Network white-collar contractor recruiters via ads, events, and affiliates; manage responses and strategies for explosive growth.
- Design creative engagement activities enhancing partners’ skills; operate as super-user, treating partner acquisition as an internal MSP.
- Work with product development team to convert partner feedback into platform feature enhancements.
- Identify bottlenecks in existing processes and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive efficiencies and create seamless workflows that optimise activity.
- Champion brand values and foster adherence to Myn’s entrepreneurial culture.
