Myn is a fast-growing community that empowers experienced recruiters to launch their own independent businesses—offering full autonomy, powerful tech, and full back-office support. As we scale, we’re looking for a Rec2Rec Talent Partner to help us identify and support the next wave of independent recruiter-partners.
What You’ll Do
- Engage with agency recruiters ready to go independent (or on the verge of it)
- Offer them a genuine, supported alternative to traditional agency life
- Own the full recruiter-partner journey: from outreach and qualification to onboarding and activation
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of future independent recruiters
- Use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, and HubSpot to source, track, and nurture candidates
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding recruiters through the transition into independence
What We’re Looking For
- You must currently work (or have recently worked) in a Rec2Rec (Recruitment-to-Recruitment) role. This is non-negotiable.
- Deep understanding of the agency recruitment world, especially within contract or contingent markets
- Proven ability to identify, engage, and place recruiters
- Natural relationship-builder who enjoys consultative conversations
- Confident using LinkedIn, HubSpot, and social media to generate interest and engagement
- Highly organised and self-motivated, with the ability to manage your own pipeline and deliver results
- Right to Work in the UK
