We are looking for a qualified Private Client Solicitor to join our renowned Wills & Probate team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse caseload and provide exceptional service to clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a full private client caseload, including drafting Wills, LPAs, and administering estates
- Offer expert advice and support throughout the client journey
- Ensure adherence to firm and departmental processes, meeting fee earning and caseload targets
- Participate in business development activities, including networking opportunities
- Advise on related tax matters and ensure compliance with relevant laws
- Qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive with 2+ years PQE
- Proven experience in non-contentious private client work
- Strong technical and case management skills
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Ability to manage risk and maintain compliance with legal requirements
