The Opportunity

The Role
In these positions, you will take ownership of the end‑to‑end development of high‑quality dashboards and reports, translating complex business requirements into robust, actionable technical solutions. You will manage the full lifecycle of BI reporting, from data modelling and integration to performance optimisation, whilst ensuring the stability and governance of the reporting environment through advanced DAX calculations and proactive troubleshooting.
What We’re Looking For
- Extensive experience in Power BI development, including advanced DAX and Power Query.
- Proficiency in SQL and relational database management.
- Strong understanding of data modelling and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience working with Azure or other cloud‑based data platforms.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical BI solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills for troubleshooting BI issues.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience with ETL processes and data integration.
