This leading, innovative clinic based in North London are looking for a skilled and professional Phlebotomist to join their growing private healthcare team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a modern, patient-focused clinic delivering high-quality healthcare services in a supportive and professional environment.
As we operate Monday to Saturday from 8:00am to 8:00pm, flexible working arrangements, part-time roles, and job share opportunities are available.
Key Responsibilities- Performing venepuncture and blood collection safely and efficiently
- Ensuring patient comfort and delivering excellent patient care throughout procedures
- Correctly labelling, handling, and processing samples
- Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
- Adhering to infection prevention, health & safety, and clinical governance procedures
- Preparing clinical rooms and maintaining cleanliness and stock levels
- Supporting clinicians and wider healthcare staff where required
- Managing patient appointments and maintaining professionalism at all times
- Previous phlebotomy experience essential
- Recognised phlebotomy training/certification preferred
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work confidently with patients of all ages
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Professional, calm, and compassionate manner
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability across clinic opening hours
- Experience within a private healthcare or GP setting
- Reception or administrative experience advantageous
- Knowledge of clinical systems and patient management software
