This leading, innovative clinic based in North London are looking for a skilled and professional Phlebotomist to join their growing private healthcare team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a modern, patient-focused clinic delivering high-quality healthcare services in a supportive and professional environment.

As we operate Monday to Saturday from 8:00am to 8:00pm, flexible working arrangements, part-time roles, and job share opportunities are available.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performing venepuncture and blood collection safely and efficiently
  • Ensuring patient comfort and delivering excellent patient care throughout procedures
  • Correctly labelling, handling, and processing samples
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
  • Adhering to infection prevention, health & safety, and clinical governance procedures
  • Preparing clinical rooms and maintaining cleanliness and stock levels
  • Supporting clinicians and wider healthcare staff where required
  • Managing patient appointments and maintaining professionalism at all times
Requirements
  • Previous phlebotomy experience essential
  • Recognised phlebotomy training/certification preferred
  • Excellent communication and patient care skills
  • Ability to work confidently with patients of all ages
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Professional, calm, and compassionate manner
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible availability across clinic opening hours
Desirable Skills
  • Experience within a private healthcare or GP setting
  • Reception or administrative experience advantageous
  • Knowledge of clinical systems and patient management software
