This brand new, innovative and leading clinic based in North London are seeking a professional, friendly, and organised Receptionist to join their growing healthcare team. This role is ideal for someone with excellent customer service and administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced healthcare environment. As they operate Monday to Saturday from 8:00am to 8:00pm, flexible working patterns and job share arrangements are available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming patients and visitors in a professional and compassionate manner
  • Managing telephone calls, emails, and appointment bookings
  • Registering patients and maintaining accurate records
  • Supporting clinicians and healthcare staff with scheduling and administration
  • Handling patient enquiries efficiently and confidentially
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area
  • Carrying out general administrative duties including filing, scanning, and document management

Requirements

  • Previous reception, administration, or customer service experience
  • Healthcare or medical reception experience is a must

  • Ability to work flexibly across opening hours where required
