Myn is now looking for an ambitious, skilled and proficient On-Demand Recruiter to join our aggressively expanding network and fill roles we provide to you. We empower top recruiters to build and grow their own businesses — with no upfront costs, no limits. Our platform covers the entire source-to-pay journey — with integrated ATS, VMS, AI-powered sourcing, payroll, compliance and candidate engagement. Whether you are building your recruitment brand or scaling your workforce, Myn connects you to what matters: results and revenue.

You will be very strong in resourcing, stakeholder management, process management and delivery. Myn will provide you with roles to work and everything you need to be successful: AI sourcing tools, back‑office support, active talent pools, CRM and ATS access, and advertising on the most relevant job boards.

  • 2+ years as a Recruiter / Resourcer / Talent Partner filling roles at all levels
  • Proven ability to fill requirements in agreed time frames (20‑hour commitment)
  • Comfortable using a range of tools to source passive and active candidates
  • Experience managing the full recruitment cycle from role qualification to offer acceptance
