Myn is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Team Leader to head an on-site OH service at Barrow Mill, UK. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, deliver health surveillance, fitness-for-work assessments and case management, and ensure high standards of clinical governance.
You will provide expert OH guidance to managers, work with EHS on wellbeing initiatives, analyse health data and drive continuous improvement while supporting employee health, safety and wellbeing.
