A leading Nursery setting is actively recruiting for enthusiastic Nursery Practitioners (Early Years Educator) to join our child‑focused, supportive team across London.
You’ll play a key role in inspiring children, encouraging curiosity, and helping them thrive every day in a warm, welcoming environment.
- What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver and promote high‑quality practice across the nursery
- Support and supervise playroom staff in daily duties
- Deploy staff effectively to maintain required standards
- Implement key‑carer procedures and allocate children appropriately
- Ensure practice meets EYFS requirements
- Build positive, professional relationships with parents and carers
- Provide clear, relevant feedback about each child’s development
- Promote the nursery to current and prospective families
- Foster open, supportive working relationships with colleagues
